Vegan Fudge



2 cups dairy free chocolate chips

2-1/4 cups granulated sugar

1-3/4 cups vegan mini marshmallows

¾ cup dairy free milk

1/4 cup dairy free butter

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending it over the edges of the pan.

Measure the chocolate chips and set aside.

Combine the sugar, marshmallows, dairy free milk, and dairy free butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat,

stirring constantly, until the mixture boils.


Cook an additional 5 minutes while stirring until light brown streaks appear when stirring. Be careful not to burn!

Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Add the dairy free chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate chips

are melted and mixture is smooth.

Immediately pour into the prepared pan.


Cool in the refrigerator until it is completely cooled, about 2 hours. Remove from the pan and slice.
