3/4 c dairy free butter melted and slightly cooled
1 c packed light brown sugar
3/4 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c ap flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to the bowl of a stand mixer. Combine until dough forms, should be thick and wet and sticky. Add chocolate chips slowly and combine again.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes until top is lightly browned. Let sit in the pan for 60 minutes then transfer to cooling rack to let cool completely. Once cooled cut into squares and enjoy!!
