2 potatoes
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment and set aside. Pre heat oven to 425° F.
Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into desired fry sizes. I cut them about 1/4”. Place all fries in a bowl of cold water soak all the fries for 15 minutes.
Remove them from the bowl and pat totally dry with paper towels.
Place fries on baking sheets - try to have them not overlapping if possible.
Spray or coat lightly with olive oil. Add seasonings to taste.
Place prepared trays in the oven and every ten minutes using a spatula move fries around. This will ensure even baking and no burning.
Bake to desired crispness. I baked mine here for approximately 30-35 minutes total. Keep a close eye as fries can burn quickly.
