Quick and Easy French Toast


2 eggs

1 tbs vanilla

1 c soy milk

2 1/2 tbs granulated sugar

1 1/2 tbs cinnamon


Beat eggs together in bowl. Add in all other ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.


Soak dairy free bread in egg mixture for 1-2 minutes on each side.


In a large skillet over medium heat melt 1-2 tbs of dairy free butter.

Add mixture soaked bread to pan. Flip constantly every 1-2 minutes until desired crispiness/doneness on each side.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and maple syrup as desired.
