4 1/2 c ap flour
1 packet plus 1 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 c very hot water
2 tbs honey
3 tsp salt
6 tbs olive oil
extra olive oil spray
In a large bowl add all ingredients except olive oil spray. Using your hands throughly mix. Dough will be quite sticky at first but then come together. Keep kneading it until you have a solid call of dough.
Once combined totally into the ball put a cloth or a towel over it and set aside for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes remove dough the knead again for a minute or two. Spray bowl and dough very lightly with olive oil spray and then cover with Saran Wrap tightly. Set dough in a warm area to rise and let rise for two hours or longer - until doubled in size.
