No Bake Protein Energy Bites

1 c plus a sprinkle more oats

3/4 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 c dairy free chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey (can use maple syrup if vegan)

2 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Using your hands really mix until a sticky dough has formed. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll and form into 2 the size balls. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!!!
