1 c rolled oats
1/2 c dairy free chocolate chips
1/2 c ground flaxseed meal
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c honey or maple syrup if wanting vegan
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix with hands.
Form into 1" balls. Arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
