Fall Apple Crisp



On a bowl peel and cut up about 6 apples

Grease a baking dish


mix in 2 tbs white sugar

1 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs flour

hearty sprinkling of cinnamon


Pour into prepared baking dish.


Topping:

1/2 c. flour

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. rolled oats

More cinnamon to taste

Good pinch of salt

Cut in 1/2 c. cold dairy free butter until small clumps


Top apples with crisp topping and bake at 400 for about 50 min.
