Dairy Free Fudgey Brownies

10tbs of dairy free butter

1 1/4 c granulated sugar

2 eggs

1/2 c ap flour

3/4 c dairy free cocoa powder

2/3 c dairy free chocolate chips

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp table salt


Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment. Preheat the oven to 325° F.


Combine the dairy free butter and the sugar in the bowl of a sand mixer. Mix on medium until thoroughly combined, and light and fluffy.


Add an eggs and mix again.

Add in remaining ingredients, reserving a handful of dairy free chocolate chips for sprinkling on the top. Poor better into prepared, tapping on the counter a few times to ensure no air bubbles. Sprinkle remaining dairy free chocolate chips on the top.


Big for 30 to 45 minutes depending on your oven start checking at 30 and win a toothpick that is inserted comes out clean, you know that they are done.


Let cool in the pan. Once cool transfer to a cutting board to cut evenly into squares. Enjoy!!!!
