Dairy Free Crepes

1 c ap flour

2 tbs dairy free butter melted

1/2 c water

1/2 cup dairy free milk

2 eggs

1/4 tsp salt


Whisk flour and eggs together in a large mixing bowl; gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and melted butter; beat until smooth.


Heat a frying pan over medium and spray lightly with oil. I used olive oil. Pour batter into hot pan and lift pan circling it so batter spreads. Work quickly as it sets very quickly. Let cook for about 1-2 min on each side until they are lightly browned.


Add toppings and fillers of your choice and enjoy!!!
