1 ½ c ap flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbs cinnamon
½ c dairy free butter
1 c granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ c dairy free milk (I used soy)
Grease and flour a 9” x 13” sheet cake mix pan. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the dairy free butter and the sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix to incorporate fully. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean - cake should spring back when you touch it.
Let cool completely before frosting.
