Crunchy chickpeas are so easy to make with a simple dry rub, olive oil, and then popped in the air fryer until perfectly crisped! You can always make these in the oven if you don't have an air fryer - they still turn out amazing!
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
sprinkle of mustard powder
olive oil
Take two cans of chickpeas and drain. Pour into large bowl.
Take olive oil and lightly coat chickpeas - about 1-2 tbs. Add dry rub ingredients. Toss with hands until evenly coated.
Set in air fryer at 400 for 45 minutes - set it and forget it! You're done!
For oven, line a baking sheet with foil. Put coated chickpeas on foil. Roast at 425 for 30 minutes - adjust time with desired crispness.
