Cinnamon Buns


please see my quick pizza dough for the base of this


additional ingredients:

4-6 tbs dairy free butter

1/8 c granulated sugar

2-4 tbs (to taste) of ground cinnamon

2-4 c powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

water


once dough is ready:

preheat oven to 350

line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside


roll out on floured counter about 1/4“ thick until rectangular in shaor. melt butter in microwave


once butter is melted “paint” with a silicone brush one full side of the rolled out dough.

mix in a large bowl the cinnamon and sugar. Using a spoon, sprinkle lightly over the buttered area thick enough to where the mixture doesn’t sink in fully.

slowly roll the dough lengthwise, starting at one side and going all the way across. Using the silicone brush with a little more butter, seal the edge down.

using a very sharp knife or dental floss cut a roll off the log approx 1/2”-1” thick. Set on prepared pan.

Bake starting at 10 min and keep checking every one to two minutes until tops are slightly golden and mixture is bubbling out of the rolls.

while rolls are cooling on the pan, mix powdered sugar, vanilla and water. Start with 1/8 c and keep adding until you get desired thickness for icing.

once rolls are cool enough, using a spoon drip generously icing all over rolls. Wait about 20 minutes for a crust to form on icing and enjoy!!!!!
