Chili Garlic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

chili seasoning to taste

olive oil spray


Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Spray it lightly with olive oil spray.


Rinse and dry pumpkin seeds. I pat lightly with a paper towel.

Sprinkle seeds in a single layer around tray. Lightly spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili seasonings. Toss on tray with a spatula.

Put in oven for 10 minutes and using the spatula stir them. Continu roasting and stirring every 5–10 minutes until they are lightly browned. Total time will be under 30 minutes. Let cool on tray and enjoy!
