2 lbs chicken wings
Low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs honey
1/2 tbs ground garlic
1/2 tbs ground onion
2 tbs olive oil
Few grinds of pepper to taste
In a bowl or a plastic bag, put wings and all ingredients. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for at least two hours but up to 24 hours.
Pre heat oven to 300°F and line two baking sheets with foil.
Place wings on prepared sheets about a 1/2" apart. I can fit 4 rows on my trays.
Bake at 300° for 2 - hours. Every 20 minutes take out wings and flip them over, rotate the tray, and place back in. They will be done when they are a beautiful golden brown. This not only prevents sticking but also a very even cooking.
